Week Full of Miracles July 21, 2015

So this week has been a week full of Miracles!!!! (: So to start yesterday 3 less actives came to church that we have been visiting!! (: It was so neat to see them at church!! (: It just goes to show how strong the Spirit really is!! The Spirit is the true teacher and converter!!! (: So do you remember Barb and Butch? So this Saturday we went over to help them finish another coat of paint. They ended up feeding us lunch and Butch actually said the PRAYER!!!! It was amazing! Barb says that he like NEVER prays in front of people!!! It was just such a blessing to be able to see the two of them come so far and continue to feel the love of the Savior!! Because that's what it is all about!! (:

This is the real kicker!!! So this morning me and Sister Kolodisi were on our way to the Stake Center to e-mail and we noticed that someone was moving... so we thought we would stop and see if they needed any help. So we knocked on the door and this lady in her 20's came to the door and we asked her if she needed any help but she said they were fine because they had movers doing all the work. SO we continued to talk to her and tell her how we are missionaries and asked her if she had ever met missionaries before? and this is what she said "Actually my boyfriend is Mormon and I hope to be Mormon some day too!" Needless to say me and Sister Kolodisi were speechless!!! So we asked her if she had ever taken the lessons before and she said no. So we asked her if she would like to start them? And she said YES!!! (: So we asked her where she is moving and she is staying in our area!!!! Oh it was so amazing!!! So we got all of her contact information and will be meeting with her this week!!! (: I will keep you updated!! (:  It has been such a miraculous week!!! (: It just goes to show that when we are trying to do our best and just "be good boys and girls" like Elder Bednar says Heavenly Father will guide us to people that He has prepared!!! (: I am so grateful for the Gospel of Jesus Christ! Coming on a mission has been one of the best decisions I have ever made!!

This Week Was Amazing! July 13, 2015

As for this week... it has been so amazing!!! So we were able to stop by and visit with so many less actives this week that normally haven't let us in!! It was such a blessing!! (: So we were on our way home and I just had a thought to stop by and try there house again... even though we have been trying for months and they have never let us in.... low and behold they let us in and we had such an amazing Spiritual talk with them!!! It was so amazing!! I shared my testimony with them and told them about mom and the importance of having our own personal wittiness of the Savior and man to be honest I don't remember all of it.. but what I do remember is the Spirit that we felt!!! Oh it was so strong and after both Brother and Sister St. Jean just thanked us!! (: It was amazing!! (: We also visited Barb and Butch this week! Barb is a less active and Butch isn't a member and this week we helped them paint the inside of their garage and they ordered some pizza and we chatted it up and shared a nice spiritual thought with them and really just had a blast!!! The neat thing about Barb and Butch is that when I first entered the area they told me and Sister Wagner that they no longer wanted us to visit them every week but maybe only once a month... But they have made a total 360 degree turn around!! Butch told us our last visit that they love to have us over and that we really are helping them!! That just filled my soul with joy!! (: And when we were about to leave they invited us over to have dinner with them again for next week!!! (: Oh I can't even tell you how happy it makes me to see the two of them come out of their shells!! I just love them both so much!! (: And the last little story that I want to tell you about this week is about the Cann family! So Steve and Donna Marie Cann have two cute kidos but Steve isn't a member and Donna Marie is a returning less active (she has actually lost her mom too) but when I first came into the area Steve would leave immediately as soon as we would come over... but over the past few months he has really warmed up to us!! And the kicker really is that Saturday night he texted us because we were going to go and help him with some yard work and in the text he said "But if you want to come visit, you are always welcome at our house!" It is just so neat to see how the Spirit can open the hearts of everyone!! I am so grateful for this opportunity I have to be on a mission and help bring a little bit of joy and happiness into others lives!! Man I am just so so grateful for the Savior!! (: 

Wisdom Teeth July 6, 2015

So as for this week it has been pretty nuts!! So my companion Sister Kolodisi didn't get her wisdom teeth out before she came on her mission and her mouth started really hurting and lo and behold.... she needed to get one of them taken out!!! So our ward mission leader Brother Hergett pulled it for her! Be he works of the Indian Reservation so we got to take a nice and beautiful drive! It was so nice to see more of Canada's country side and get out of the city!!! (: Our investigator Neal invited us to spend some of Canada Day (July 1st) with him and his family!! So that was really neat!! We are calling him today to set up another appointment with him!! So I'll keep you updated on that!! (: We did a zone finding activity in our area this past Saturday and we ended up getting 5 referrals!! So needless to say that was awesome!!! (: Me and Sister K are going to try and contact some tonight and tomorrow!! We are pretty darn excited about that!! (: Also this week some of the Primary kids from the Auburn Bay ward drew us pictures and said thank you to us for being missionaries!!! (: It was the sweetest thing ever!! It just filled my heart!! (: That's about it for the week! (:
